The focus of my three-year thesis was “Loyalty Management and User Experience through Mobile Apps,” with case studies involving Amazon Go and Starbucks. I have numerous aspirations for my future, but the most important aspect for me is to align my passions with my career. I thrive on pushing myself, embracing creativity, and continuously exploring new things. I am dedicated to problem-solving and believe in the power of teamwork. I possess an entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability, and a strong determination to learn and grow in order to achieve my goals.
